These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, luminata.ai, operated by Luminata Software Development LTD ("Luminata," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the Site — browsing, reading about Luminata and its work, contacting us, and using the ANITA24 chat assistant embedded on it. Luminata's full ANITA24 product Terms of Service are provided to organizations and users who sign up for the ANITA24 platform; the slim terms in §5 below apply to anyone using the ANITA24 chat on this Site without signing up.

1. Using the Site

You may browse and use the Site for lawful reference purposes. You agree not to:

Disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
Scrape, harvest, or reproduce Site content at scale without our written permission
Use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, infringing, or malicious

2. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying code are owned by Luminata or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Reproducing, redistributing, or creating derivative works from Site content requires our written permission.

3. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party destinations — email, WhatsApp, and social profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

4. No warranties & limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminata is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

5. Using the ANITA24 chat assistant on this Site

An ANITA24 chat assistant is embedded on the Site. If you use it here without signing up for the ANITA24 platform, you agree to use it in good faith — and specifically not to:

Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to extract the assistant's underlying models, prompts, or systems
Use it to transmit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content, or to attempt to disrupt or overload it
Rely on its responses as professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice — it is an AI assistant and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete

Your chat is also subject to ANITA24's Privacy Policy at anita24.com/privacy-policy. Organizations and users who sign up for the ANITA24 platform are additionally bound by ANITA24's full Terms of Service provided at sign-up.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
