Luminata Software Development LTD ("Luminata," "we," "us") operates this website, luminata.ai (the "Site"). We value your privacy, and we have deliberately built this Site to learn how to improve it without tracking you as an individual. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.

This policy covers the Site only. It does not cover the ANITA24 chat assistant embedded on the Site — that conversation is governed by ANITA24's own policy, linked in §8.

1. Information we collect

Privacy-preserving analytics. We measure how the Site is used — page views, referring pages, device and browser type, and approximate (country/region-level) location — so we can improve it. This measurement is aggregated and cookie-free: it uses no tracking cookies, does not store your IP address, and never builds an individual profile of you across visits or across other websites. We see trends, not people.

Interaction events. Certain buttons and links (for example, "Contact," "Email us," "WhatsApp us") report that they were used, so we know which calls to action are helpful. These events carry no name, email, or other identifier — only that a given button was clicked.

Information you send us directly. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, contact details, and your message. That exchange happens through your email provider or WhatsApp, not through the Site itself, and is also governed by their respective policies.

We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this Site.

2. How we use this information

To understand and improve the Site — which pages get read, which links get used
To respond to inquiries sent by email or WhatsApp
To keep the Site secure and diagnose technical problems

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Service providers

We rely on a small number of established third-party providers to host the Site and run our privacy-preserving analytics. We choose vendors that maintain recognized security and compliance standards (such as SOC 2), and they process data only on our behalf and only as needed to deliver these services. We do not otherwise share Site visitor data, and we never sell it.

4. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside Israel, including in the EU and the US. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Aggregated analytics data is retained only as long as it is useful for understanding Site trends, and is never tied to an identifiable person. Emails and WhatsApp messages are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and to meet our record-keeping and legal obligations, then deleted.

6. Your rights

If you are in Israel: under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13), you have the right to access information we hold about you, request its correction, and in certain cases request its deletion. You may also object to your data being used for direct marketing (we do not currently send any).

If you are in the EU/EEA or elsewhere with comparable data protection law: you additionally have rights to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is a business website, not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

8. The ANITA24 chat assistant

This Site embeds an interactive chat assistant powered by ANITA24, Luminata's own product. When you use that chat widget, your conversation is governed by ANITA24's Privacy Policy at anita24.com/privacy-policy, and by the in-site chat terms in our Terms of Use. We surface that link wherever the chat appears, so it is always clear which policy applies to the chat versus to the rest of the Site.
